A loving message from Mark's Mother, Alice......
December 12, 2001 My goodness. I've been hearing about markbingham.org and
I'm embarrassed to tell you all that I am such a novice with cyberspace that
even though I've been hearing its praises since mid-September, I have not
'til a few days ago had the skill to pull up the website. Mark was always
trying to pull me into the modern age of the Internet, and now that I no
longer have him, I've become dedicated to learning how to use this computer
he got me, and communicate with all his friends (a daunting task, since as
you have demonstrated, he has hundreds).
Weeks back, I managed to read some of the fine and heartwarming messages
posted here, because friends Paul Eto, Bill and Ed Phipps, sensing my
Neanderthal-stage development with the wwwide wide web, took pity on me and
printed stuff out in a huge volume of letters and compostions from the site.
How beautiful and loving Mark's friends are. You all have touched my heart.
I hope to get in touch with each of you personally.
